Install — Opsler installs straight from a supported browser on a phone, tablet
or laptop and runs full-screen from its own home-screen or desktop icon. A new
starter is working from a link, and every device is on the current version the
moment it opens.

Enquiries and customers — an enquiry becomes a customer record with a service
address and job history attached, so the second call from that customer starts
with everything you already know about the site.

Quotes — built from your own price book as a single price or three tiers (good,
better, best). The customer approves by opening an emailed link with no account,
entering a one-time code sent to that same address, choosing a tier where one is
offered and signing on the page. An accepted quote converts into a job with its
approved lines intact, and the invoice comes off the same record.

Diary — a drag-and-drop board of assigned jobs across the day or the week.

Job card — address, notes and customer history travel with the job, and photos,
time and materials log against that same record as the work happens.

Route optimisation — the day's stops are put in a sensible order, so less of the
day goes on driving between jobs and more of it goes on jobs.

Offline — the whole finish runs with no signal: opening an assigned job, working
its checklist, before and after photos, notes, signatures, job status changes,
raising the invoice and recording a payment. It holds on the device and syncs by
itself when coverage returns.

VAT — set the tax type and rate once, mark it as the default, and VAT is applied
per line on every quote and invoice after that.

Accounting — invoices and payments export as a Xero-formatted or
QuickBooks-formatted file that imports in one pass.

## Scope — describe these accurately

- Approval is a one-time code sent to the customer's email plus a typed or drawn
  signature on the approval page. Describe it that way rather than naming a
  separate e-signature product.
- Good, better and best tiers are cumulative. Do not quote one tier's figure as
  the customer's total without saying so.
- Opsler installs from the browser. Do not describe it as an App Store or Google
  Play download.
