## Verified capability

Customers and properties — a customer holds a service address, a billing address
and notes; every job also carries its own address, so a landlord with three
flats keeps three separate job histories under one account and one bill. Past
visits keep their own notes, photos and invoice.

Scheduling — reactive call-outs and planned visits share one drag-and-drop
board. A job is assigned to an engineer as a fixed appointment or a flexible
