(cron-style automation, no human diary) and field-service job scheduling (assigning

## What Opsler does

A shared diary (day/week/team views), unscheduled work held with full job detail,
drag-and-drop assign and reassign, clash detection for overlaps and insufficient
travel time, recurring maintenance visits on a rolling 30-day horizon with
per-occurrence editing, and the field notified when the day changes.

Route optimisation puts the day's stops in a sensible order, so less of the day
goes on driving between jobs and more of it goes on jobs. Promised appointment
times stay where they were promised.

The office sees the day move without a phone call — on the way, arrived, done — so
whoever picks up can tell a customer when someone is coming.

## Offline

The whole finish runs with no signal: opening an assigned job, working its
checklist, before and after photos, notes, job status changes, the customer's
signature, raising the invoice and recording a payment. It holds on the device and
syncs by itself when coverage returns.

## VAT

Tax is a setting applied per line rather than arithmetic done on the total. VAT,
sales tax, GST, HST and none are available as tax types, and one can be marked as
