## What Opsler owns

Opsler runs the commercial and operational side of the plumbing job: the
customer, the property and its full history, the itemised quote, the diary, the
field record with photo evidence and a signature, and the invoice with the
business's own ABN and GST treatment on it. Certification runs through the
licensed person and their state regulator exactly as it always has.
