## What Opsler owns

Opsler runs the commercial and operational side of the electrical job: the
customer, the property and its history, the itemised quote, the diary, the field
record with photo evidence and a signature, and the invoice with the business's
own ABN and GST treatment on it. Certification runs through the licensed
electrician and their state or territory scheme exactly as it always has, and
nothing about it changes when the job record moves into Opsler.

## Verified capability

- Customer record: name, phone, alternate phone, email, service address,
  optional separate billing address, notes, and every job previously done at
  that property. Unlimited customers on every plan including the free one.
- The billing address is independent of the service address, which is how
  agent-managed rentals work: the job files against the property, the invoice
  goes to the agent.
- Itemised quotes built from a price book the business maintains itself, with
  per-line quantity, unit price and tax treatment.
- Customer approval: the customer opens an emailed link, enters a one-time code
  sent to their email, and signs, typed or drawn. No account and no app
  download. The approval and its timestamp are recorded against the quote.
- An accepted quote converts into a job with its line items intact; the invoice
  is then raised from that same job. No re-keying between the three.
- Dispatch board with a day or week view, an unscheduled queue sorted by
  priority, and a lane per electrician.
- Conflict checking: booking one electrician onto overlapping jobs raises an
  error that names the job it collides with.
- Per-electrician availability of available, busy or offline, with booked slots
  and a count of that day's jobs. Busy is set automatically while a job timer
  runs.

- Offline: open an assigned job, tick checklists, take before and after photos,

- Invoices move through draft, approval where required, sent and paid, and the
  business can see at a glance what is still outstanding.
- An optional payment link field sits on invoices and jobs: the business supplies
  its own processor URL and the customer pays it directly, so the money goes
  straight where it already goes today.
- Invoices and payments export as QuickBooks-formatted and Xero-formatted files
  that a bookkeeper imports in one pass. Pro plan.
- Customer communication runs by email — the quote link, the one-time code and
  the invoice all land in the customer's inbox.

  office-staff roles and route optimisation.

- The invoices the business issues to its own customers are in Australian dollars
  with its own ABN and its configured GST treatment on every line.
