  Pro adds recurring series and route optimisation, which puts the day's stops in
  a sensible order so less of the day goes on driving.

  volume is the pricing lever, not headcount. Extra SMS 10c; 20c per extra job

## The ServiceM8 vs Tradify crossover (the calculation buyers actually need)

Two people running 40 jobs a month: A$29 on ServiceM8 Starter, A$96 on Tradify
Lite. Two people running 200 jobs a month: A$96 on Tradify Lite, A$149 on
ServiceM8 Premium. Per-user pricing wins as job volume rises; job-volume pricing
wins as headcount rises. The crossover moves with your job count.

## Where the money goes on each pricing model

Tradify's per-user pricing means every hire adds a line to the bill at
A$48–A$62 a head, so a team of six is between A$288 and A$372 a month before
anything else. Job-volume pricing means a busy summer costs more than a quiet
winter. Opsler is per seat at $25 with no band and no minimum, so the fifth
person costs $25 rather than moving you onto a new plan, and a good month costs
exactly the same as a bad one.

## Tax and accounting

Tax is a setting applied per line rather than arithmetic on the total. GST is
configured once as your default and lands on every line of every quote and
invoice after that, alongside your ABN and business details. Invoices and
payments export as QuickBooks-formatted and Xero-formatted files a bookkeeper
imports in one pass. AroFlo, Ascora, Fergus, NextMinute and Tradify all describe
two-way syncing, so decide what your own bookkeeping run needs before you weigh
that difference.
